JOB TITLE: Teacher Assistant
FLSA STATUS: Hourly, Non-Exempt
HOURS: Mon-Fri 8:00 to 3:00 (September to June)
Assistant Duties:
Supervises all children as directed by teacher
Prepares class projects as directed by teacher
Supports with yard duty as needed
Supports with after school pick-up procedure in the parking lot
Maintains clean environment
Ensures campus security and safety, locking campus at end of day
Attends disaster preparedness meetings
CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT:
First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, TB test, fingerprint and DOJ clearance
Salary: From $17.68 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
